Would this make her suspicious...?

so i was out to lunch at the Willis Tower with my girlfriend today when my wife just happens to come to the same restaurant with some work friends. she came over to say hello and my girlfriend did a wonderful job of playing everything off like we worked together but at the end of the conversation my girlfriend says to my wife "i've heard so much about you. you should come out for drinks with me and my friends tonight." my wife said it sounded like fun and now plans to go out with them. would it be too suspicious if i told my wife i forbid her from going?
