Where in the Qu'ran does it say dogs are Haram?

It doesn't not say dogs are haram in Islam it says that they are dirty animals and although that guy had no right to spit on ur dog, you have no right to call him a moron, because I am a muslim and right now I am not a happy camper after you just insulted my religion.
