Is Berlusconi antisemitic?

Any criticism of Israel can never be considered anti semitic . One can be against Israel but support the Jewish religion . As for Israel being part of the EU they would have to move the whole country back into Europe and why would they even want to be part of the EU as they care not to abide by EU rules now
