How can I find someone based on their first name and the street on which they live?

If a google search doesn't turn anything up, then you're probably out of luck. I would go to the street that she lives on and drive by whenever you have time to see if you can find her. You can probably even check out a few stores around her area and know which ones that she will visit...if she has a dog then you would want to stake out areas where she would have to take the dog to go to the bathroom.
