I'm going to buy a new snowboard next year?

All of the well known brands that everyone has listed make good quality boards around that price point. $150 may get you a last years version of an entry level board. $300 will either get you this years version of a good quality entry level board or last years version of an intermediate board. I would stick with Ride, Burton, K2, Gnu and most of the brands everyone else said. If you are looking at Rossignol however, I would NOT put them below the rest of the other brands. I am a female and I have demoed all the boards for years. Rossi has a very strong womens program and next years boards are great. If there is one thing they aren't its over priced. Personally, I would go for the diva mag if you're looking for a solid all mountain board that you can do some freeride and freestyle riding with. Last years is actually right in your price range a href="http://www.snowboards.net/womens-snowboards/c1000004220/rossignol-diva-mag-womens-snowboard-2010-p167877.html." rel="nofollow"http://www.snowboards.net/womens-snowboa…/a Where this years may be a little out of your price range and not a whole lot has changed. Rossignol is one of those brands that is a little underated, and known more on the ski side, but I ure you, their boards ride just as good, especially the diva mag, if not better than others in its price range.
