People that inspire us now of days?

So I have a task for school that is asking me to "name non-violent people from the past and present who serve as good role models today. I've already answered the past, Martin Luther King Jr, Rosa Parks, Nelson Mandela and Gandhi. But what about the present? Are is there really anyone that is non violent now of days? All I can think of is Obama...? Help me!!!!
