Will a rampant socialist agenda take us to the brink of a civil war in America?

More like a revolutionary war. I feel bad for those who trusted their "messiah". He is a wolf in sheep clothing. Our populace is so dumbed down, there is little hope that they will wake up before we go over the cliff. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and our politicians are not fulfilling the oath they took to uphold and defend it. We are NOT SOCIALISTS people, WAKE UP! As such, it is the duty of every citizen to hold them to that oath and protect our Republic and our way of life. Please, commentors in favor of "O", do yourselves a favor and read some REAL history! Start with the Declaration of Independence, The US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. For an explanation of reasoning of these doents you must read further like the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers, The letters of Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine: Common Sense, John Adams': Thoughts on Government, and more. Our forefathers were real people not aliens from outer space, they fought long and hard to throw off the chains of oppression and to set up a system of self-government of and for the people. A system that DECLARES that we have certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS (born to us all, not given to us by men in government) and we ALL must maintain that system if we want to remain a free people. Socialism is not freedom, it's theft and leads to totalitarianism. Be a true Patriot and educate yourselves before it's too late and history repeats itself.
