Why is Wilt Chamberlain not considered the greatest player ever?

Averaged 50.4 points per game one season and 27.2 in another one. And if you think thats all he does is shot and rebound, in 1967-68 season he led the league in ists with 8.6. He is the best player ever, he also has two rings and played on some bad teams (lakers team was amazing though)
