Guys she said since 2'nd grade which means it was in the past she probably older then 13 and she's already went through middle school , i take it your in high school now , ( i guess ) anyways if you like him you should confront him and talk with him and smile and try being good friends with him , when you smile at him he smile back and make him notice you try to make him realize you have a crush on him without you telling him such as blush a little if your around him try to stare at him and when he looks at you you look away make him realize that you have a crush on him , and see if he'll ask you out , if not then be brave and confident and tell him yourself
