Have you kept a special memento to give to your baby later in life?

I have the outfit I came home in, the security bracelet I wore in the hospital and one random outfit. For my child I will probably save the coming home outfit and the bracelet as well. I also have my positive tests (someone put the idea in my husband's head) and I am hoping to get rid of those down the line.
