Figurative language in books/short stories, poems, etc?

I have been searching high and low for forms of figurative language (such as metaphors, similes, hyperbole's, symbolism, imagery, allusions, paradoxes, irony, personifications, alliterations, connotations, euphemisms, and juxtapositions) everywhere for a project I'm doing. I need examples but I'm really struggling with finding some. Can some people please help out a bit? All help is greatly thanked!
